Please review our service terms fully before you use crete-Transfers.com. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these service terms. You will also be subject to any additional terms posted on our website located at crete-Transfers.com. These additional terms include the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Crete-Transfers.com services reserves the right to change or supplement these service terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the service terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented
ABOUT Crete-Transfers.com services
Crete-Transfers.com is Special Request Travel, authorized car rental company, has legal, administrative and operational head office in Heraklion. This allows the company to be present at the forefront of the whole Crete territory.

PRICING POLICY
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice.
RATE ESTIMATE
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any changes made to your route (pick up or drop off point) after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office (+30) 2810228100 before proceeding on your way.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel the booking. Please read Cancellation Policy in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you prepay a reservation our policy regarding cancellations is that they must be made by e-mail at (info@crete-Transfers.com) or by phone at (+30) 2810228100.
You may be charged cancellation fee depending on the timing advance of the cancellation. In general, if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date and at least 24 hours before confirmed pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed. If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 24 hours before the pickup time, all funds will be reimbursed. In most cases, no funds will be reimbursed, if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
NO SHOWS
If Crete-Transfers.com services is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying Crete-Transfers.com services may result in a no-show charge and no funds will be reimbursed.
CHANGE POLICY
Crete-Transfers.com services requires that all changes be received by phone, email or through our website at least 3 hours prior to pick-up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.
RATES AND BILLING
All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect additional stops and waiting time.
Crete-Transfers.com services are inclusive of taxes.
AFFILIATE SERVICE POLICY
Crete-Transfers.com services utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates to provide Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.
VEHICLE IMAGES
Vehicle Images presented on the Crete-Transfers.com services Websites may differ from the actual vehicle.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Crete-Transfers.com services and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can report by contacting us via email or you may also call our office at (+30) 2810228100.
Crete-Transfers.com services reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Crete-Transfers.com services and its Affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, flight and weather delays.
Crete-Transfers.com services liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.
PET POLICY
We do not permit animals on our transfers.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
You and Crete-Transfers.com services have agreed to these service terms, for all purposes.
These service terms (and any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site (including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between Crete-Transfers.com services and you, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between Crete-Transfers.com services and you. No action (or inaction) by Crete-Transfers.com services may be construed as a waiver of these service terms (or any part). If any of the provisions of these service terms are held to be unenforceable by a court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these service terms will continue in full force and effect.
